Call for Contributions
All high-quality research contributions describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work are cordially invited for the paper/poster presentations at the conference. All participants whose abstracts are accepted are eligible to present at the conference without the necessity to submit a full paper.

Conference Proceedings
All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The peer-reviewed conference proceedings are indexed in the International Science Index (ISI)Google Scholar and other index databases.

Special Journal Issues
Selected papers will have the opportunity to be considered for publication in the book by Springer according to their level of contribution. The paper selection will be carried out during the peer review process. Submitted papers must not be under consideration by any other journal or publication. The final decision for paper selection will be made jointly based on peer review reports by the Guest Editors and the Editor-in-Chief. The participants who do not attend and present their work at the conference will not be considered for paper publication in any journal.

GUIDELINES
Sample templates for full paper submission, poster and oral presentation are provided. You are free to use the poster template provided. Please use the full paper template and poster presentation template, which will be provided later.

Final Submission:  Abstracts and full paper submission scan be made through the conference web site.

Standard presentations are scheduled for 15 minutes each. The 15 minutes will include a 10 minute presentation and a 5 minutes Q&A session. Each hall will include all required tools needed for oral presentation.

Poster and Oral Presentation Award

  1. The score is given based on: (a) scientific content (50%), (b) presentation to audience (30%), and (c) poster design (20%);
  2. If presenters do not attend the poster session, their poster will not be considered for the award.
