Full registration includes the following:

  • Delegate Bag and Conference Materials (Handbook, Badge, etc.)
  • Access to all conference events and exhibit hall
  • A luncheon on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
  • Opening and Closing reception

Terms of Cancellation:

  • Cancellation before March 5, 2019:
  • Full refund minus 60 EUR handling fee.
  • Cancellation after March 5, 2019:No refund.

NOTE:

  • Transportation to the Congress Venue will only be provided from the above hotels.
  • Congress Venue – Hotel – Congress Venue transfers will be provided only from the above mentioned hotels.
  • For cancellations up to 1 March 2019, 50 Euro will be deducted and the rest of the payment will refunded.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations made after 2 March 2019.
