Full registration includes the following:
- Delegate Bag and Conference Materials (Handbook, Badge, etc.)

Terms of Cancellation:
- Cancellation before March 5, 2019:
- Full refund minus 60 EUR handling fee.
- Cancellation after March 5, 2019:No refund.

NOTE:
- Transportation to the Congress Venue will only be provided from the above hotels.
- Congress Venue – Hotel – Congress Venue transfers will be provided only from the above mentioned hotels.
- For cancellations up to 1 March 2019, 50 Euro will be deducted and the rest of the payment will refunded.
- No refund will be made for cancellations made after 2 March 2019.
