GUIDELINES
Sample templates for full paper submission, poster and oral presentation are provided. Please use the full paper template and poster presentation template provided.
Final Submission: Abstracts and full papers submission can be submitted through the conference web site.
Standard presentations are scheduled for 15 minutes each. The 15 minutes will include a 10 minute presentation and a 5 minutes Q&A session. Each hall will include all required tools needed for oral presentation.
Poster and Oral Presentation Award
- The score is given based on: (a) scientific content (50%), (b) presentation to audience (30%), and (c) poster design (20%);
- Poster that is not attended by the presenter during the poster session will not be considered for the award.
